Structural Cleaning

Structural cleaning is the cleaning of the ductwork exterior, diffusers and grills, exposed beams, joists, decorative pieces, and other reachable components in an open ceiling or a commercial or residential space. These components are not typically a part of the normal cleaning by your janitorial service or the people occupying or living in the space. Over time dust will accumulate on the surfaces of these exposed components. Neglecting to clean these components can negatively impact the indoor air quality and appearance of the space.

This service is a nice complement to our HVAC cleaning but can also be done separately. This service is all contact cleaning; areas being cleaned will be vacuumed off with a high-powered HEPA vacuum, or wet wiped with appropriate cleaning products, depending on the scope of work. All projects would have an onsite assessment done to set the scope of work; the project will be managed by one of our certified project managers.
