We desperately needed our dryer duct, that is vented out at the roof, unplugged and cleaned. Our technician,Ben, did an amazing job and now we have a working dryer again. Ben freed up the duct work inside and on the roof...he didn't leave until he was satisfied that the heated air was escaping at the roof vent cap.
I am recommending Air Duct Maintenance and Ben to everyone in our HOA.

Ben was fast and Professional. The dryer in our rental house is in an awkward position on the second floor and he quickly took care of business. These guys made big promises on the phone. They exceeded my expectations. Air Duct Maintenance, Inc has great customer service. Did a thorough job of servicing my HVAC system. Explained the process and followed through with what they said they would do to clean the HVAC duct & vent cleaning. Jimmy and Matt were courteous to me and respectful of my home. I will certainly recommend to others, for sure. It's been 20 years since my ducts were cleaned, and they showed me before & after pics. My house smells fresh and I can tell a big difference in the air quality. The Sniper disinfectant works, no fragrance or chemical smell detected, just clean & fresh. Money well spent!!!0

Overall, I had a great experience. The quote came quickly and was transparent. The scheduling process was also very easy and I was able to get an appointment much, much sooner than I expected. Everyone I spoke to, from scheduling to the technician who came to complete the work, was incredibly friendly and took the time to throughly answer my questions. I am recovering from knee replacement surgery and my husband is limited in abilities to get around. He had opened bi-fold doors for access to the furnace for the technician. We did not go downstairs to check when Matt and Jimmy were leaving. When we later went downstairs, we found the bi--fold doors had apparently been removed and not put back up properly. The doors could not be closed and they had to have been able to see that when they left because the doors WOULD NOT CLOSE. Nothing was said to us other than it was nice meeting you. We will now have to either struggle, which we have tried, to put them back up or wait until someone is able to come to assist us. Also, some of ceiling vents are not able to be closed in the family room. We had foam insulation around one of them and that was removed. The gentlemen were courteous and respectful as my husband and I stayed upstairs for the previous mentioned reasons. It might be different had they even mentioned they had a problem with the doors but they said nothing which is absolutely horrible customer respect and service. I haven't had the opportunity to completely look over everything that was done but these two things stood out immediately.

Excellent customer service by Mike and Brandon even though there was a slight hiccup with the first service truck. Another one was promptly delivered and the cleaning of my air ducts continued and was done within the time slot quoted. All of my questions were answered in a polite and professional manner and Mike shared pictures of the before and after cleaning. I would definitely recommend Airduct Maintenance Inc.

I am very much so disappointed… after doing my research , reading all of the great reviews i choose this company…I, unfortunately did not have the same great experience as so many others who did.. I truly believe it has everything to do with a person’s work ethic, knowledge, and experience from their employees. I am not going to bash the company because i truly do believe they put the necessary effort in training their technicians to not only do their jobs properly and throughly but most importantly with integrity and honesty… the pictures speak for themselves.

We have had other companies do our dryer duct cleaning. They were gone in about 15 min. Air duct maintenance was here for about 1 hour possibly longer. They did very thorough job. The technician found a problem and fixed it. I highly recommend this company.

The technician, Ben, was incredibly helpful. Not only did he do the job he came to do he was also able to identify issues with the dryer vent that goes into the attic. From there he made suggestions with photos and notes of what needed to be fixed. He went above and beyond. I would recommend this company for duct service and Ben is a true asset to the organization.

They arrived on time and estimated 4-5 hours, but completed the job in 3.5 hours. The team was professional and respectful of my home. They removed their shoes, wore covers and laid down protective cloths during the work.

I never review companies, but have never had a company damage something on the job and try to explain how they are not responsible. Here are pictures of a few of my first floor vents where the paint was pealing off, looks like splashed with a chemical and are discolored. The manager fought and argued with me that they only used water when cleaning them. He said, maybe something was in the water that caused this or I had a bad batch of vents from the manufacturer. Makes zero sense because I have had these vents for 9 years. I have cleaned my floors and vents in that time period and have never had an issue. They said as a courtesy, they would buy me 2 new vents, but damaged 11 of them and refused to pay for the additional ones. I paid $1,358.90 for my ductwork to be cleaned. They did clean the ducts
well and did throw the dryer vent in there as a courtesy, but I would have just wanted the service done without having to fight about the vents they damaged and incurring the cost and time to now have to shop, find and buy new ones.
To top things off, the upstairs vents were not damaged at all, which I also explained how whatever happened or was used in the first batch cleaning, ruined them. Would not recommend them to anyone in the future because of this.

Air Duct Maintenance was highly recommended by the HVAC company that has done repairs and new equipment installations for me. I was impressed by the all of the details that were discussed when I called to schedule the appointment and I was given a quote for the services that would be performed. The 2 men arrived right at the scheduled time. They walked me through what they would be doing for the HVAC duct and vent cleaning. They thoroughly explained the duct cleaning process and took before and after pictures that were shocking to see the difference when the job was done. After the dryer repairman told me it wasn’t a problem with my dryer but that most likely airflow is restricted from the dryer vent, I called air duct maintenance. They sent out their expert in dryer vent cleaning. He immediately asked if we had a new roof put on recently, which we had about two months ago. He said most likely they forgot to remove the screen from the dryer vent after the roof replacement. He was right! He cleaned out the vent and all is good! These guys are lovely. I was so anxious about the process because I have cats, and they were very kind and took care to make sure that my cats were safe the entire time. They answered all my many questions and did the job efficiently and professionally. Really I was so anxious and probably a little annoying with my questions but they were just respectful and non-judgemental, I appreciate that so much. Oh and the ducts are super clean! They showed the before and after pics right away and I was glad we did this

Air Duct Maintenance took amazing care of my house! I had a positive experience from start to finish. During the initial estimate phone call, the entire process was explained to me in depth and I quickly realized that they meet and exceed industry standards in their processes. Their estimate was competitive with other companies and with their high number of positive Google reviews, I knew that they were reputable. Chad was the tech that worked on the house and he went above and beyond expectations. He answered all of my questions, made sure that I fully understood his plan for the day, and worked a long shift until everything was done right. There were no corners cut or excuses made - Air Duct Maintenance got the job done as promised and at the price that I was quoted. I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering having their ducts cleaned.

The team of two was polite and hardworking. We were OK with the service except for two items. When they arrived our neighbor thought they were there for him and the team was well underway touring the wrong house when I knocked on the neighbor's door to explain they were scheduled to work in my home. The service team did not confirm the name on their contract. The rest of the service went well but we were amazed how many holes were cut into our ducts and when they left, there was considerable dirt in front of each cold air return and register. We hired them to help us clean our vents after a renovation project. The pricing seemed on the high side for having to clean my house after they left.

ADM did an amazing job cleaning my air ducts and bathroom exhaust fans. Tim and Russ were friendly and professional. They explained the process throughout their time at my house and made sure when they left all the vent covers were put back properly and everything was clean. This was the third time using this company for air duct cleaning and I will be using them again when I need this service.

These guys are fantastic. Seriously. From the customer service rep explaining everything in detail, tons of email communications, and just fantastic in person customer service. The techs are no BS. They come in and get stuff done. We had a lot of vents. They’re now thoroughly cleaned inside, outside, and they vacuum up any remnants left behind. Highly recommended and will 100% use again.

This is the second time I've used them. The vents were still clean from the first cleaning 5 years ago, which was good to hear. I mentioned few of the irregularities from the last visit and they ensured to take notes and improve second go around. They were respectful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Scheduled air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning with Craig who was wonderful explaining the process. Fortunately air ducts werent too bad since they were done 3-4 years ago. Dryer vent needed cleaned out. The guys were timely, professional, and explained exactly what they did. All the vent covers were cleaned. They were sanitized too especially where my cat had an accident. Great job and will use them again in a few years.

Fantastic company top to bottom! We reached out for help when a foster cat got stuck in ductwork. They jumped into action, Dave stayed hours off the clock and ultimately rescued the cat, who wouldn’t have been able to get out on her own. Absolutely cannot recommend them enough!! True life savers!!

I am so happy we hired Air Duct maintenance. Their reputation proceeded them and they did not disappoint. They were on time, professional and polite. We recently purchased our home and it had previously had 2 large dogs and 2 cats. The home is almost odor free now, and with asthma and allergies, I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in years. The Air Duct Maintenance crew was professional and efficient when cleaning my air ducts. Tony and Hunter explained what they were doing and worked hard to keep my house clean including the use of booties and washing their hands. They also used drop cloths and corner guards to protect my home. They were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They showed me pictures of my ducts both before and after. I will continue to use this company in the future.

We live in Somerset, PA and recently had our ducts cleaned by airduct maintenance, inc. out of Pittsburgh. They did an excellent job! Everyone at the office we spoke to were very helpful explaining the process. Our ducts were extremely compromised but the gentlemen who cleaned them were very efficient and did a great job. You can see in the pictures how they looked before and after. They cleaned up and were very respectful, both guys were really nice! We could feel the difference in the air flow the first time we used the system, the air feels cleaner and the system works better. We feel this will help our overall health and absolutely recommend this company!!!

We are very satisfied with Air Duct Maintenance. Everything about the process was explained to us thoroughly, the technicians arrived in a timely manner, and the work was completed on time as well. I was given an update about the work completed as the job was done. Both employees that were in my home were courteous and kind. We had a dryer vent that was apart and an exterior pest cage that was coming apart from the house exterior to allow birds to enter. Air duct maintenance cleaned the vent and attached the pest cage and also cleaned our bathroom exhaust fans. There was great communication on arrival time, the worker was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. We are grateful that we were referred to air duct maintenance. They did a great job and I highly recommend.

I had a great experience from start to finish. In the initial phone call, I was inquiring on pricing and Dave took the time to explain their entire process to me without making me feel pressured for a "sale". He let me take time to think about it and compare my options. Ultimately, I chose this place due to pricing, services provided, and overall response to my inquiries. They confirmed my appointment the day before and they guys showed up on time and got right to work. They were very kind while they were here and put everything back in place. I've never had this done before and have had many animals over the years. The before and after pics were great to have to actually see the work that was done and the improvement. After the guys left, I realized I forgot to ask to have the pictures sent to me and I contacted Dave. He could have easily ignored me being the services were completed, but he responded back and sent them the next day. Also, I greatly appreciated that the price they quoted at the beginning was the price I paid at the end, after everything was complete. There were no extra add ons once they were here, which I read can happen with these types of companies. Overall, I would recommend this company for air duct cleaning! They were a pleasure to work with.

I was recommended to this team by another contractor we were working with. Craig is who I worked with to talk through the services we needed and get a quote. He was friendly, efficient and even managed to get us on the schedule in the timeframe that we needed. The gentlemen who arrived were on time, uniformed and polite. Our experience with Air Duct Maintenance was great! The staff made it such a pleasant experience from the starting phone call to the actual cleaning. They completed the job in the allotted time and in the pictures you can see how rough it was. There are some before and after photos to show how well the ducts were cleaned. Well worth every penny. We had Tim and Russ, and they were amazing. Absolutely was one of our best experiences with work being done on our home.
