Client Hub
One unique feature that we offer for our customers is the Client Hub. This is an online portal that enables you to view any documentation or communicate with our company at your convenience.
What you can do in the Client Hub:
- Submit work requests: New and existing clients can request additional services.
- Approve quotes: Clients can review and approve quotes for new jobs.
- View job details: Clients can see details for upcoming and past appointments.
- Make payments: Clients can view any unpaid invoices and securely make a payment online using credit/debit cards or ACH bank transfers.
- Refer new customers: A "Refer a friend" option allows clients to easily share our request form link by text or email with people they know.
How you access the Client Hub:
- Email or text links: A link to access your client hub will be at the bottom of all texts and emails that you receive from us.
- Direct login: The “Client Hub” button found here on our website will bring you directly to the login page.
- No password needed: The Client Hub uses secure email-based authentication, meaning clients don't need to remember a password, just the email we have on file.
