The goal of this product is to help keep the home clean and healthy with this 4-stage HEPA-13 cleaning system that removes airborne particulate, gases, and odors from your air. This product is not a substitute for having your HVAC system professionally cleaned periodically, but it is a great compliment! There are two prefilters, one HEPA filter, and one Active Charcoal filter. There is a filter change indicator to help notify you when the filters need changed. The HEPA filter and charcoal filter will need to be changed over time; the new filters can be ordered right from the app. There is a silent mode that is virtually unnoticeable. Auto mode has a particulate sensor that intelligently adjusts the fan speed according to the actual air quality, keeping the air clean and healthy.
This is a stand-alone, plug-in device that can easily be moved around to different areas if you choose. This device effectively purifies 525sqft at a time. The device can be laid flat, stand upright, or mounted on a wall. What sets this device apart is that it can be monitored and controlled on the website or mobile app, so you have full control of the device from anywhere. This connects to the same app and dashboard as the indoor air quality monitors.

The goal of this product is to provide you with a sense of comfort at home. This product constantly monitors your space 24/7. This product monitors: Radon, particulate matter (PM2.5), Carbon dioxide (CO2), temperature, humidity, airborne chemicals (VOC), air pressure. This product has a three inch display screen (you can select which two sensors to display on screen). There is also visual status indicators: Red/yellow/green glow indicator. This product boasts a long battery life of up to two years. As an option, it can also be plugged in using a USB-C (runs from batteries if removed). This product connects directly to your WiFi (you can view your data on website or mobile app from anywhere). This device monitors 2,400sqft. An additional smaller device called Wave Plus can be paired with it to cover additional areas. There is no subscription fee, this is a onetime payment.
There are also some commercial grade monitors that are designed for larger spaces. These products also monitor some additional things. If you are interested in our monitors for a commercial space, we would have a project manager do an initial site visit to figure out the best assortment of products for you. These products would be installed and set up by one of our professional technicians.

Filters
It is recommended to start with a fresh air filter after your air ducts have been professionally cleaned. If you would like us to provide you with a new air filter, please let our team know in advance so that we can bring the proper size filter to install at the end of the service. Our filter prices vary based on the size and model. Ask one of our team members what the cost would be for the filter size you need!
Pest Guard
We offer the highest quality pest guards on the market, which are designed to prevent birds and other animals from entering and nesting in your clothes dryer vent and bathroom exhaust ducts. Particularly with the dryer vent, this can cause a block, leading to dryer performance issues and increased fire risk. Clothes dryer vents and bathroom exhausts should be vented outside and typically exit through a side wall of your home or building. Any duct exhausting to the outside should have a terminal cap to prevent back drafting. Terminal caps are not designed to keep birds and other animals out. Our pest guard is designed to fit right over your existing terminal cap. This product is made with zinc coated steel, that is also powder coated, to ensure that it lasts a long time in any weather conditions. The design of this product is unique because it has vertical bars, which allow lint to easily flow through and not get clogged up. The front of this guard opens, providing easy access for cleaning. This guard is fully compliant with all dryer vent and bathroom exhaust building codes. The guard has a high-quality appearance and comes in multiple colors. We offer free installation with pest guard purchase while onsite completing a cleaning. This pest guard is optional, but it should be installed for preventative purposes. If nesting material is found in an exhaust duct during cleaning, it is very important to have a pest guard installed to prevent the bird or other animal from coming back.
Terminal Caps
We offer the highest quality terminal caps on the market for clothes dryer vents and bathroom exhausts. All dryer vents and bathroom exhausts must have a terminal cap installed to prevent back drafting, water intrusion, and to prevent other forms of outside debris from accumulating in the exhaust duct. We offer two types of terminal caps, one is made with zinc coated steel and is also powder coated to ensure that it lasts a long time in any weather conditions; the second style is a plastic terminal cap, this model will need to be replaced every few years. Terminal caps are not designed to keep birds and other animals out; the addition of our pest guard with your terminal cap will prevent this. Terminal caps are generally installed when the dryer vent or bathroom exhaust duct is initially installed. When it needs replacement, or if you just want to upgrade, we offer free installation with purchase of the terminal cap while onsite completing a cleaning. The metal terminal caps have a better appearance and come in a variety of colors. The plastic terminal cap is only avaliable in the color white.
